Wedding Desigs Jobs Biography
source(google.com.pk)Ryan was born in sunny Newport Beach, California but spent the next 21 years of his life trying to find a way to move back. After moving several times during the first seven years of his live, Walnut, California became home until a move to his fathers house in Irvine, CA. when he was 16. Two days after finishing high school he got a full time job swinging a hammer in the construction industry. It wasn't long until the realization that hammering nails all day was not such a fun way to make a living. Perhaps his mother and father were right and he ought to get back to school, so it was back to Orange County and a stab at Jr. College.
Short sightedness and a short attention span prolonged his education for many years while he changed scholastic direction time and time. There was also the distraction of all the fun he was having with so many new friends that he met while working at T.G.I. Friday's. Andy Keever, Adrienne Blackstone (Tomasi), and Dan Smith, who introduced Ryan to more great people like Darrin Sennott, and Brad Smith. As roommates Ryan and Andy came up with the best reason they could to take a break from school and they hit the road traveling the country in a VW van.
When he returned, Ryan's construction knowledge lead to restaurant remodeling during the day while he continued to tend bar at night. Through the frustration of fixing the mistakes of poorly designed restaurants during the day an idea was born. "Hey! I could design restaurants!" he thought, and Ryan headed back to school again with a clear direction and idea of exactly what he wanted to do. He stayed focused and completed the curriculum a few years later. The first design job Ryan had out of school was a bit disappointing and he began to question his choice of careers. But Adrienne Blackstone, Ryan's long time friend from T.G.I. Friday's, had also found her way out from behind a bar and into a design firm specializing in restaurants. That connection led to a position where they met Angie Allen and all worked together for a few years at Creative Culinary Design, until one day Dan Smith called and said, "How about we pack it up and travel the world?" They saved some money and headed south for the next two years.
When Ryan returned home from his travels, he also returned to Creative Culinary design where he met Catherine. It wasn't too long after his return that the "CCD" group parted, but all for the better, Catherine & Ryan moved in together, Adrienne became a Mom and Angie left to go work for Cheesecake Factory and brought Ryan along with her where he is still working today.
Now, when Ryan is not putting in a hard day of work designing Cheesecake Factory restuarants, you can can be sure to find him somewhere by the ocean! Either in it surfing, on a boat or by it playing volleyball on the beach!
